Arose Banquet Hall provides venue rental and event-related services for private and public events, including but not limited to weddings, baby showers, birthday celebrations, quinceañeras, sweet 16s, corporate events, seminars, workshops, repasts, meetings, and other special occasions.
Information, pricing, packages, availability, and services displayed on our website are subject to change without notice. A booking is not considered confirmed until the required deposit and/or payment has been received and the booking has been confirmed by Arose Banquet Hall.
3. Venue Rental Terms
All venue rentals are subject to the rental agreement provided to the client at the time of booking.
Clients are responsible for following all venue rules, policies, applicable laws, and instructions provided by Arose Banquet Hall.
Any required deposits, security deposits, cleaning fees, overtime charges, vendor requirements, alcohol policies, or other charges will be outlined in the applicable rental agreement or invoice.
Arose Banquet Hall reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking when necessary to protect the venue, guests, staff, or property, or when a client violates the terms of their rental agreement.
4. Payments, Deposits & Cancellations
Payments and deposits are subject to the terms stated in the client's rental agreement and invoice.
Deposits used to reserve an event date may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. A deposit may be transferable under certain circumstances at the sole discretion of Arose Banquet Hall and subject to applicable policies.
Clients remain responsible for any outstanding balances, applicable fees, damages, overtime, cleaning charges, or other amounts due under their rental agreement.
5. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
By providing your mobile phone number and separately opting in to receive text messages, you agree that Arose Banquet Hall may send you SMS/text messages related to your inquiry, venue tour, booking, appointment, event, account, services, promotions, special offers, or other communications for which you have provided consent.
Message frequency may vary.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Arose Banquet Hall does not charge a separate fee for sending SMS messages; however, your mobile carrier may charge you for text messages or data.
Your consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing or renting services from Arose Banquet Hall.
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to a message you receive from us. After you send STOP, you may receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from that messaging program unless you provide consent again.
