At Arose Banquet Hall, we are committed to providing a safe, elegant, and enjoyable environment for all guests. To ensure every event is successful, the following policies apply to all clients, guests, vendors, entertainers, contractors, and event attendees.
1. General Conduct
All guests are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly at all times.
Disorderly, aggressive, threatening, intoxicated, destructive, or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated.
The Client (Event Host) is fully responsible for the conduct and actions of all guests, vendors, entertainers, and contractors associated with their event.
Arose Banquet Hall reserves the right to remove any individual whose behavior is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate without refund or compensation.
2. Compliance with Laws
All events must comply with all applicable federal, State of Florida, and local laws, ordinances, regulations, and fire codes.
Illegal activity of any kind is strictly prohibited.
Arose Banquet Hall reserves the right to immediately terminate any event involving unlawful activity without refund.
3. Zero-Tolerance Policy
The following conduct may result in immediate removal of individuals and/or immediate termination of the event without refund:
Physical fights or violent behavior
Threats, intimidation, or harassment
Possession or use of illegal drugs or controlled substances
Vandalism or intentional damage to venue property
Underage drinking
Possession of firearms or unauthorized weapons
Smoking or vaping in prohibited areas
Any conduct that places guests, staff, or property at risk
If law enforcement or emergency personnel are required due to the actions of the Client or their guests, the Client may be held financially responsible for any resulting damages, fines, fees, or additional security costs.
4. Alcohol & Substance Policy
Alcohol service must be approved and coordinated with venue management.
Outside alcohol is prohibited unless prior written authorization has been granted.
Alcohol may not be served to anyone under the legal drinking age.
Arose Banquet Hall reserves the right to refuse or discontinue alcohol service if guest safety becomes a concern.
Any visibly intoxicated guest may be removed from the premises.
5. Security & Supervision
Certain events—including but not limited to proms, school events, quinceañeras, military balls, youth functions, and large public gatherings—may require licensed security personnel.
The venue reserves the right to require additional security at the Client's expense when deemed necessary.
The Client is responsible for ensuring that all minors remain properly supervised throughout the event.
Children may not be left unattended anywhere on the property.
6. Property Damage
The Client accepts full financial responsibility for any damage caused by guests, vendors, entertainers, contractors, or invitees.
Decorations must be approved in advance by venue management.
The following are prohibited unless approved in writing:Nails, screws, staples, or permanent adhesivesOpen flames or candles without enclosed protectionConfetti, glitter, rice, birdseed, or similar materialsWall or ceiling attachmentsSmoke machines, pyrotechnics, fireworks, or sparklers
Repair or replacement costs will be billed to the Client.
7. Noise & Event Timing
Events must begin and conclude according to the contracted rental period.
Additional time is subject to availability and may incur overtime fees.
Music and entertainment must comply with all applicable local noise ordinances.
Venue management reserves the right to reduce sound levels or discontinue entertainment if necessary.
8. Right to Refuse Service
Arose Banquet Hall reserves the right to refuse service, deny entry, remove individuals, or terminate any event if venue policies are violated or if guest behavior threatens the safety, comfort, reputation, or property of the venue, its staff, vendors, or other guests.
9. Personal Property
Arose Banquet Hall is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended personal belongings, gifts, decorations, equipment, or valuables.
Clients are responsible for removing all personal property immediately following the conclusion of their event unless other arrangements have been approved in writing.
10. Vendor Responsibility
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all outside vendors comply with venue policies.
Vendors must operate safely, maintain appropriate insurance where required, and remove all equipment and materials at the conclusion of the event unless otherwise approved.
11. Emergency Situations
In the event of an emergency, all guests and vendors must follow the instructions of venue staff and emergency responders.
Failure to comply with emergency procedures may result in removal from the premises.
12. Agreement to These Policies
By booking an event with Arose Banquet Hall, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with this Guest Behavior & Event Conduct Policy.
The Client further agrees to communicate these policies to all guests, vendors, entertainers, contractors, and event participants and accepts responsibility for ensuring compliance throughout the duration of the event.
